Summary
A supplier contract binds a third party who is not a municipal user, and it often runs for a set period. Gestioo answers both realities: sign without an account, then track the term.
The supplier receives a dedicated signing access by email, without becoming an internal user or consuming a licence. They sign the intended document, and nothing more.
Each contract carries its validity dates. The municipality can see what is active and what is nearing its end, to renew or close before a commitment expires unnoticed.
Once signed, the contract can be sealed and preserved in the vault as a reference record, available for later review according to rights.
