A vault is not just about storing: it is about guaranteeing a final document stays identical over time. Gestioo relies on sealing and Object Lock to support that immutability.
At preservation time, the final PDF is sealed. Any later modification attempt becomes detectable, clearly separating the evidentiary version from working drafts.
Depending on configuration, Object Lock prevents overwriting or erasing a preserved document during its retention period. The file cannot be silently replaced, even by mistake.
The vault can produce exports accompanied by evidence information, useful to show that a preserved document has not changed since it was sealed.
