Gestioo turns selected vault records into a citizen portal: simple folder navigation, search, a PDF reader, a public address and a module that embeds in the municipal website.

Summary
The municipality deliberately chooses which sealed or archived documents to publish. Citizens then consult only that public selection, without authentication and without access to the internal vault.
Public folders are organized separately from internal classification. Citizens can browse the tree, search public metadata and open PDFs in a full reader on desktop or mobile.
A manager publishes an eligible record directly from the vault, chooses its public folder and metadata, then can withdraw it without changing or duplicating the preserved PDF.
When enabled, Gestioo AI lets citizens ask questions about published documents. Answers cite public portal records; private, withdrawn and internal documents remain out of reach.
Gestioo brings together workflows for the clerk's office, elected officials and administration in one platform. Sign-in uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace SSO, with directory import.
