Gestioo receives citizens' requests from the public document portal, then guides the responsible clerk to the response: documents located in the vault, personal information redacted, secure delivery and a complete history.
Summary
Citizens file their request online without creating an account and follow its progress with their reference. On the municipal side, every request moves through clear steps: reception, analysis, document preparation, response.
Requests are filed directly in the municipality's public document portal, with no account or password. Citizens receive a reference to follow progress at any time, then get their documents through a secure link.
The responsible clerk locates the requested documents by searching the vault, including the content of scanned documents. Personal information is redacted directly on a working copy: preserved documents remain untouched.
Progress steps update automatically and reminders alert the team as the response deadline approaches. The response gathers documents and explanations in one delivery; the closed file is then locked, and delivered documents can be published to the public portal.
Gestioo brings together workflows for the clerk's office, elected officials and administration in one platform. Sign-in uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace SSO, with directory import.
